if you do it your self youare lookin at about 30 for the belt they are very easy to dono ,its not,,i own a repair shop,and the belt and labor should only cost you around 45 dollars at the most,,some of them are a lot cheaper than that,it takes less than 5 minutes to do this that's why it a cheap repair,,good luck hope this help,s.happy new years.

not bad at all. if you look at the engine it should have a pathing diagram and all you have to do is use a ratchet to move the tensioner and slide the new one on according to the diagram. easy to do if the old one is just frayed, if it broke it will take a little extra time but if you want i know you can do it yourself.I have a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. depending on what type of vehicle it is. it can be easy or hard as hell. if its not front wheel drive. and the engine is facing twards the front. its easy to do as all you do is take a big ratchet with the right size socket to release the tensioner pully. and pull the old belt off. then you place the new belt on using the diagram sticker to route the belt the right way.Dodge Grand Caravan electrical problems?
