Everytime i took my car for an oil change the mechanic always asks me to change air filter, cabin filter, ATT oil, and other extra maintenance things that i think i dont need.

well normally with toyota u change your belts about every 90,000 and spark plugs every 100,000 and if you havent changed your antifreeze then you will, they say toyota red antifreeze is suppose to last 5 years but i would change it every 3 because it breaks down just like regular oil does. and i would get done the tranmission fluid normally you change that every 40,000 since its just like oil. if you got a normal paper air filter then change that about every 7,000 but its going to be cheaper if you get a kandn reusable one
