Does a Samurai have a clutch adjustment?

Question:
My 88 1/2 Samurai will lurch forward when starting in gear with the clutch pedal pushed down. When started in neutral it will not go into any gear, it just grinds. When it starts in gear it will not come out of gear. Is my clutch fried or can it be adjusted? It has 33 inch MT's 10 inch lift, bored .040 over iski cam planed head, header, welded in back and a lockrite up front-If clutch needs to be replaced what brand will hold up? I have a centerforce stage 2 in it now.

If your running a hydraulic clutch, you have a bad slave cylinder or clutch master cylinder.
