Retail equivilant of GM Top Engine Cleaner?

My dealer says to just use this at every oil change to keep engine and injectors like new, so I was wondering what to buy as my local shops don't carry this and there are so many choices.

don't wast your $ just buy a can of gumout at any parts store that will do the same thing just add to your gas maybe once a year you can put that GM top Engine cleaner in but i would not do it more then that

I would not use it at every oil change. Maybe once every 10 to 15 thousand miles or six months. That stuff really works if used properly though. I would pay for the GM stuff. Leave retail out.
