Can you replace the wheel bearings on a 92 Dodge Stealth (front. 3.0L SOHC, auto)?

Or.do you have to replace the whole hub? I am planning on doing this myself and can't find any "how to" info even on the stealth sites. I need to fix this fast. Its the pass side (I think). Any info would really help. Thanks in advance!!
