Where can i get a large block of hi-density polyurethane foam ?

Question:
I need a large block of hi density polyurethane foam to design and make a plug. I'm trying to make a bodykit for my car, and i'm unable to buy one, so i'll create one, but i can't find where to get the foam from! Can anybody help ? prefer in Australia.

What engine oil do I need for 2 Litre Ford Mondeo GLX (R Reg)?

Think of companies that ship fragile items and them ask them where they get their shipping supplies. There are companies out there that just make foam.
Or find a shop that makes fiberglass items and ask them - I imagine in Australia you might want to check places that manufacture airplanes or boats and see where they get their foam from. You will want the same foam they use for fiberglass work.
I can look into this on Monday and see if i can find a global manufacturer.

What do I do?

Mold makers use that material, maybe they will sell you some or you can find out there supplier.

Rebuild or re-manufacture?

This is a hard one, but if you type polyurethane foamin, it will get a hit on something.

Why is their different types of oils for your vehicles and how do you know which one to put?

Many fabric/craft stores carry foam. You might check those in your area and see if they could order or suggest sources.
