Flapping noise in 94 k1500 Chevy truck?

Question:
Every time the truck is started. we hear a flapping noise in the heater area. It quits in about 30 seconds. This also happens when it is turned off. Any ideas what it might be?

It has a bad mode door actuator. Take the glove box out and you can get to it. When it is clicking, put your hand on it you can tell which one it is.

i own a repair shop,and i tell you what i think it is,,something has either fallen down through one of the vents,,and its hitting the edge of the blower motor,,or the motor is getting worn out,,and the edge of the blade it hitting the side of the heater box,,id look for something In the heater box though,you can remove the blower motor to do this,,id say it has something caught in it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
