RUBBING COMPOUND - REALLY QUICK AND EASY A CAVEMAN COULD DO ITplease help with vauxhall vectra w reg?
I bet the dealership would do it for less than 75first off, don't be afraid to walk into wal mart. the front door is often NOT the best parking place. to remove the paint, you can try this (i did it on a rental and it worked!) GENTLY rub a pice of steel wool on the paint that does not belong to you. the key word is GENTLY. also, a fingernail rubbed GENTLY can do the trick, but those are bush league fixes. to have it done right, go to a good paint man

I assume that you don't have a buffer. Go to an auto parts store and tell them that you want buffing compound (some people will call it "cut")or scratch remover...they are basically the same thing. Put it onto a rag...you'll have to apply it to a small enough spot on your rag where you can really apply a lot of pressure...probably with one finger. Then you rub it in a small circular motion. It should take you no more than 10 minutes and cost you no more than 5 bucks. After you are done with this, put wax on that area, smile, walk back to your computer, type yahoo.com into the URL. Real simple, just use rubbing compound. It's cheap and works really well.More Questions & Answers ...
