Your brakes are fine, they are just cold and stiff, when you get older you will be the same way. I have driven when the temperature has been down to -20. Once they get warmed up, and you pump them a few times, they be fine.when you put water in a car does the car have to be turn on?
YOU SHOULD BE OK...THE PLUNGER IN THE MASTER CYLINDER AND THE BRAKE FLUIS COULD BE COULD...IF YOU START THE CAR, LET IT GET TO OPERATING TEMP YOU SHOULD BE OK..THE HEAT OFF THE ENGINE SHOULD BE OK. ALSO, JUST GO PUT THE CAR IN GEAR AND SEE IF IT MOVES..IF THE BRAKES ARE FROZEN, THEY WILL POP FREE AFTER YOU MOVE IT ANYHOW.Car won't start is a 93 chevy Blazer (truck) -- Vortec engine. Thank's for your help?
try the brakes just rolling and see if there is any brakes.Have you been driving in snow or ice?If so and if you have any brakes at all just hold the pedal down lightly and they will thaw and dry out.If you have no brakes at all i wouldn't move it until i got them thawed out.Can a tire rotation reveal the need for an alignment?
last advice.....brakes OK.......
test drive Your brakes, before You hit the road.(get in use to the all new and weird braking distance)
