Your brakes are fine, they are just cold and stiff, when you get older you will be the same way. I have driven when the temperature has been down to -20. Once they get warmed up, and you pump them a few times, they be fine.

ALSO, JUST GO PUT THE CAR IN GEAR AND SEE IF IT MOVES..IF THE BRAKES ARE FROZEN, THEY WILL POP FREE AFTER YOU MOVE IT ANYHOW.

try the brakes just rolling and see if there is any brakes.Have you been driving in snow or ice?If so and if you have any brakes at all just hold the pedal down lightly and they will thaw and dry out.If you have no brakes at all i wouldn't move it until i got them thawed out.
