Yes you can do it to most cars. Contact your local shop and have them price it out as kit can vary so much from car to car and place to place. there is a kit out that you can switch them from drums to disk...very expensive...not worth it..you need most times new rear end, another brake booster etc etc...i did it to a 69 camero...2500 bucks just for the rear brakes only...i'll ask this, why would you want to change them over??drums are least expensive and last longer then disk!yeah! including the shock assembly. about 150 bucks

Yes it can be done, go buy any edition of Hot Rod magazineand there are advertisements all over in them from various companies willing to take your money to buy a conversion kit.
