Is there some kinda reset button in the hatch- back or was someone pulling my leg when they told me there was? If there is does anyone know where it would be? Please help. I cna't open the door to get the door panel off.

Someone is sort of pulling your leg.There is a button for the hatchback,but its only for opening the rear hatch on the car and not the door.The button is in the glovebox.Probably yellow or orange,but this will not help your problem.Sorry.Call your local car towing facility.They usually have a "jimmy" to unlock your car door by sliding it down between the window and the outside body panel.Let them unlock it and then you can open the door to work on it.If you have AAA,they might cover the expense,they did on mine when i was locked out.Good luck.you can still take your inside door panel off its alto harder with the door not opening but it can be done.once off grab the rods that go to your latch and then you can open your door manually.

Lady you have to get that door open to fix this problem try putting your window down and get a hanger go inside the door try to lift the lockat the door jam to get it open or try a slim jim to open the door their is no reset button that I know aboutMore Questions & Answers ...
