I have had this problem before.You need to jack up the vehicle and grap a large rubber hammer or possibly a sledge hammer.Your gonna have to beat on the inside of the tire real hard to get it off.Make sure you spin the tire and hit it in different spots to get it to loosen up evenly.If your gonna use the sledgehammer,be sure NOT to hit your wheels!!Depending on the design of the wheels,we have used a large gear puller before to take them off when this happends.But usually the gear puller doesnt have anyplace to grab onto the rim.Good luck.whats the best way to keep your car door from freezing shut?

whack it with a big hammer round the outside. I'd suggest one of those sand filled plastic covered mallets, or a dead-blow hammer. Use a block of wood between if the hammer is metal. Buy a penetrating fluid and absolutely soak the rims form front and back several times while tapping around the edges. Having the rims lug nuts loose enough to spray into the holes helps also. After allowing the fluid to work and leaving the lug nuts installed but loose, shake the car as violently as you can to dislodge the rims as the mass of the car moving back and forth will probably dislodge the rims. If this doesn't work, lift the car and apply force with a large pry bar between the rim and a solid part of the car's suspension or frame. Be careful where you pry as lots of things can be damaged.Loosen all lug nuts but don't remove them. Roll car forward a few feet and let the weight of the car loosen the wheel. Then jack up and remove wheel. QED.
