How can I remove a scuff mark from a clear plastic taillight?

Question:
My Toyota Corolla has those custom euro tailights that look so great -- except that one of them has a scuff about one by two inches long....the taillight is clear, while the scuff, or scratch has a white appearance (it may have been made when new tires were installed). Any suggestions on how to remove this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

try a tennis ball it removes scuff marks

They make a product called Flitz.It is usually used to buff out the fog that appears on the plastic cover on front headlights that are getting old.Maybe that will work for you too.
