Can you install 305/70 x 22.5 tires on a 7.5 Alcoa aluminum wheel?

Question:
Newmar coach presently has 275/70x22.5 tires on 7.5 aluminum wheels. After weighing, told to change to 305 tire size or run 130 pounds of air based on weight on wheel. Alcoa wheel is rated max 120psi. Checked with Alcoa and told not to exceed wheel rating.

What is pinion factor?

Only option is to go to 305 tire which is mounted on 8.5" aluminum wheel in newer coaches. However, I have 7.5" wheels! Thanks
