When i look at the headlights it has somthing foggy and i have tried everything i can think of and it wont come off. Any real good product i can use or somthing that can take if off becasue it really messes the look of the front of my van.

There is a product out called Flitz.It was specifically designed to get the "fog" off of head lights by buffing the headlights with this product.http://www.flitz.com/
this could b 1 of 2 problems. you could have water inside the headlight and on most cars youll have to get new ones... or its on the outside and then you can just buff it out with rubbing compound...trust me it works
