The first guy is right.The idle is controlled by the computer.The computer tells the iac valve to open or close to adjust the idling.You can readjust this in your driveway.Most vehicles have a different method of adjusting the iac valve.You will need to consult a Honda manual.This link is for a Honda Accord but it might help you,depending if you have the same engine or something close to it---
