Ask the shop. They know. If you don't like their answer, ask another shop. Or just do it yourself. It's not hard.

It depends where you are in the world, the type of plugs you choose, the repair shop you choose (dealer or local shop) etc. Tune-ups can run anywhere from 25-100$ (keep an eye out for them trying to sell you something you don't need). But realistically, its pretty simple to just replace the plugs yourself. It would be cheaper to buy a manual that will walk you through the process and the spark plugs and do it yourself.
