Pontiac Grand Prix dead heater and no power in plug?

Question:
My heater only work on the highest setting. No other noises or problems associated with that. Also, my power outlet (eg. cell charger) does not work anymore either.

do you mean the blower only blows on the highest setting? if so there is a blower resistor that is possibly bad
