Vauxhall astra heater blower?

Question:
I have a 2001 astra van 1.7tdi with air con.
The heater blower wont come back on if the engine is restarted when warm. But comes back on after about 15 mins of the heater being on cold.

My 88 F-250's cold start problem.?

Any ideas?
