my car was in an accident when staitonery. took to arnold clarks phoenix pailsey to get fixed but there was a mechanical fault and sent to a different garage where they had an accident they are not accepting responsibility yet they told my insurance company that they were at fault..i have been given the run a round since friday please help as i am at a loss. i put the car in for a service and mot before the repair was carried and took possession of car late friday eve checked the damage repair for what it was in for but never knew of further damage until sat morning phoned them straight away and have been given the run around since then took day off work to get this sorted but i am not any further forward... car was garaged after picking up
