Its cheaper to replace caliper with rebuilt than to buy rebuild kit and new piston and rebuild yourself . If cost is an issue check salvage yard for used.

How do I find a good vehicle repair shop in my area?

You get that properly repaired fast. You won't only need more brake fluid, you will need new fenders, grill, bumper and headlights and a pocket full of money to pay for the car ahead of you when you crash.

Do I have to remove engine to replace clutch on 92 Honda civ?

If the wheel cylinder is leaking, you can get a simple repair kit from your local parts store. It will come (in most cases) a couple of new "O"-Ring seals and the rubber end caps. Use Emory cloth to smooth out the inside of the cylinder and replace the old worn parts. If it is the Master cylinder, kits are available for those too. they are relatively simple to repair.
On another note: DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Use transmission fluid instead of brake fluid. It will last a bit longer and slow the leak. However!!! It will break down the rubber seals over time. So you may have to repair them all sooner or later.
Best advise: GET A LOCAL SHOP TO MAKE REPAIRS.
Good luck and be SAFE!

Do more expensive spark plugs make a difference?

Check Auto Zone or any parts store on prices for a rebuilt caliper. Also price a rebuild kit for the brake caliper. I'd suggest a salvage yard, but you already have a used caliper, that leaks!!
