Question:
Okay just about a month ago, I went to Sears and got a brake inspection by one of their brake specialist mechanics. He put my car in the air, I was looking at the bottom of it he checked every part of my brakes, showed me everything. And he said all I needed was two rear wheel cylinders (calibers). The mechanic out them on for me and told me everything else (brake pads, tie rods, ball joints, drums, rotors, etc.) was good and in good shape. So now two months later, I am wondering how can I tell if my brake pads are low, my brake pedal is going a little too far to the floor, but he showed me and my dad my brake pads and the leather on them were pretty thick. So I am wondering if my pads are thick why is my brake pedal still going too far to the ground? The car stops fine tho'

Why does my gas tank keep clicking the gas pump off when it's not full yet?
If the brake pedal is going what seems to be excessively low, get the system checked again. It sounds like the mechanic from Sears found a leak and fixed that leak. How many gallons of gas does a 93 2door saturn sc1 hold?
However you could have.
1. Another leak.
2. Air trapped in your brake lines. (although you would have seen this as soon as you got the car back)
3. A master cylinder that is going out.

With the vehicle stopped and parked, press on the brake pedal. Does it slowly keep going down with pressure applied? Look for a leak, check the inside of the tires for signs of brake fluid. When you find it, that is the wheel cylinder that is leaking. If it stays pretty steady, let up just a little (don't fully release it) and press again. Does it drop a bit further down? You need your master cylinder looked at if so.I have a chevy 383 strokermotor that i is still sitting on the engine stand?
