The reason you cannot find torque settings........is because you did not replace a part that has torque settings. The water pump as long as it is tight enough to seal will work fine. Torque settings are for heads and such when different bolt torques can actually put stress on one side of the part and break it.

30 ft. lbs. for 3/8 16 thread bolts. 5/16 18 thread are 200 inch lbs. I think those are the only 2 sizes you have to remove for the job. The fan clutch nut only has to be bumped up tight with a rubber hammer on the wrench, because the engine rotation tends to tighten rather than loosen it. ALL engine bolts have torque specs.
