Anyone have any idea how much it would cost to replace a 98 ford taurus motor, labor included?
Do you have a car manual for this model car if not suggest you see if you can get hold of one as different models have different brand of distributor caps and you may have one different to the one you are trying to fix if this is not the case suggest you take it to auto electricianAuto repair question - did I get taken?
There are two types of distributors in Mazda-626 1986 i.e. The Electronics & the CP. If your car is with the elctronic ignition type than, please, get the whole rotor assembly replaced. If you have the other type of distributor, than, do install clamps on the outer skin of the distributor so that the problem is nullified.Your problem is simple and the Mazda workshop should be able to handle this very conveniently
