My Rover 200 Series?

Question:
Hello people,Im a soldier and been away for a few months,went to start my rover up and you guessed it,absoloutly nothing.got some jump leeds,as soon as i put the leeds on my car the alarm sounds,i pressed the unlock button on the key fob and still nothing.i went and changed the battery,and yep still nothing.if you have any idea on what to do please share..many thanks
