It is a Teflon based pipe thread sealer. Any parts store has. Manufactured by 3M, NAPA, Loctight....several suppliers. The manual refers to the factory part number.

At the auto parts store. The numbers refer to heat ranges basically, but they will be able to hand you the right one. (Unless you go there on Sunday when only the 2 kids that know nothing are working the counter.)
