Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can drill a hole and get them out with an easy out. Sometimes they are stuck so tightly you have to remove the heads and carefully drill them out.

If i leave the car unuuse for like half year what kind of stuff shall i do?

Once you get the problem solved, remember this for all future applications of glow plugs. Always coat the threads with never seize before installing them.
