I have a new civic that recently got 'keyed', any suggestions on how to fix it?

Question:
Its a Galaxy Gray Civic and I dont think the scratch went down to the metal because the scratch looks white. So i'm guessing that it only went through a few layers of paint. You guys have any tips?

You ay not need to use touch up yet...besides, a lot of times people end up making it look "gloppy". Go out and grab some rubbinbg compound.

what stall converter would be required or would work.?

Wash the car, dry it and then hit the scratches with the rubbing compund. It will essentially take off a tiny bit of clear coat, and take out the scratches.

What is a good cleaner to use on my car's interior?

They sell touch up paint at auto stores specific to the colors different companies like Honda use. You can get a tube of that and do a touch up fairly easily. It doesn't look perfect, but from aways away you can't tell.

touch up will not do a great job. That is what insurance is for...Hopefully you are full covered. I would have a professional body shop give you an estimate and turn it into your insurance company. I hope you called the cops.
