2000 Civic, drove through some water, now engine wont start.?

Question:
now for my third car thats having problems. 2000 civic si which i was driving home on friday and drove through some water that i guess was a lil too high for the car, as soon as i drove through it the steering got hard and i noticed the car had died. i got it towed home. now im not sure if this is the same problem or something totally different but i happened to look at the coolant level and i didnt see in the radiator so put some in, thats when i noticed water comming out from under the car i think it was from the transmission. does any of this make any sense ? do i have one problem or two different ones ?

What is these noises my scion TC is making?

the click click is a dead battery. u may have shorted something out. if u sucked water into the engine u are in big trouble . check out the throttle body and see if any water in there. u might just want to let it dry out for a few days and then try to jump start it. u dont want to run it if electrical stuff is still wet.

What does bolt-on meant for cars?

High water not good on electronics, should let dry completely before starting can burn out all sorts of things. Watter not coming from transmission look for bad radiator hose or water pump. You may have ruined the car all fluids should have been checked for water before starting attempted. Odds are shorted electrical pulling down battery is why it will not start.
