Hi can i check how long does a water pump usually last?

i changed it at 60000km and now at 90000km it looks like it is failing again.

Yes you would expect to get near what you got out of the original, but stuff happens. Usually I always install new water pumps with a lifetime warranty, so you may want to check back with the installer.
If the water pump lasted this long, I doubt it was any fault of the installer, but the only way to cause one of these things to fail early would be an overtight belt or mounting bolts, or contaminated/old coolant.

30000km is WAY too short a lifespan for a water pump. You should have gotten at least twice that out of it.
