Question:
I bought a HID lights kit about a year ago, and now I am having trouble them.
I drive a 2005 Jeep Liberty, and the inside of my car, fogs and condenses water. What do i do?
When I turn on the lights, the driver side light starts out the color it should be (blue-voilet), but within seconds it turns to a brought white color, which is alot brighter than the passenger side.
how much will an alternator cost for my 88 honda accord?
But lately the driver side lights will start flickering and go off completely (the passenger stays on). The only way for me to get them back on is to turn off the light (with light switch) and turn them back on.
How do i change the drive belt on a 1992 toyota lexan car?
What I need to know is it the actual bulb or the ballast (light box) that is causing this?
Answers:
Check your ground connection. Make sure that it is clean and making good contact. Test the bulb(from the drivers side) on the passenger side to eliminate the bulb being bad .Then you must get an auto ranging ohm meter to test the resistance .Find out what the manufactures specs are then this will tell you if they are in range if not then the ballast is bad and should be replaced.
my speedometer, oil guage, and fuel guage are going haywire how cna i get them to work properly...?
simply find a new ballast to test, from what you described, should be the ballasts' problem.More Questions & Answers ...
