rear bumper?

If you determining this from an engine diagnostic code you could first try a high octane fuel. Has it only just started, did you notice it shortly after you last filled your tank ? When your tank is empty try filling with a premium high octane rated fuel & see if the problem goes away. If not get it to a mechanic ASAP as knocking or more technically pre-ignition pinging is potentially BAD for your engine & can if unchecked cause catastrophic internals failure. May be something as simple as the actual sensor or maybe an Oxygen sensor, blocked air filter or poorly tuned engine. But don't leave it for too long especially in warmer weather.

Does anyone know how to get STP gas treatment out of cloth car seats??

you should fix it. The knock sensor senses fuel pre-ignition (knock) and retards the timing to prevent it. It is usually adjusting to different fuel octane levels. If you don't fix it the engine might knock and that can cause some valve problems.

I have 1991 Honda Prelude that floods and few mintue starting up. What could be wrong?

The knock sensor is there to protect your engine if the pistons or big ends start knocking the knock sensor cuts out the engine to prevent further damage
