the fuel filter in under the vehicle near the fuel tank.it will be held in place by a phillips screw or a star drive(torx), undo that screw then the pipes have 2 little ears that stick out from the rest of the pipe, push them together and pull the pipe off, do the same for the other side and refit in reverse.
