Its a 2000 Model with low miliage, The airbag warning light is on at all times and it beeps at me, also the aircon has started making a very strange noise.
The radio doesnt always work in cold weather...have to turn the engine off then on again and the other day none of the electrics on the right hand side of the wheel were working bar the indicator...

You need to get that checked out sooner rather than later, have a quick look on the right hand side on the dash by the column an see what the airbag pass is set to. Your aircon needs re charging by the sound of it, easy enough at most garages.Have a similar problem with the c.d. player on my LX.
Had a similar fault on the electrics due to moisture in the column, stripped it down an rectified the problem using contact spray, (it clears the moisture an evaporates 100%)

Ahh, the wonders of French electrics! Frankly, you need a competent auto-electrician, otherwise you could be going around in frustrating circles for ages. I'm particularly concerned about the airbag, you don't want it going off for no purpose, or, worse, not going off at all . . .
Seems like you have the good old Peugeot gremlins. your local garage would be the best bet as the car is no longer under warranty. The airbag fault is usually a fault to do with the seat belt pre tensioner and is cheap to fix. most pug electrical faults are often caused by moisture or earth point corrosion
