1994 Mitsubishi Diamante LS...electrical problems??

Question:
Looking into buying a car with these problems...This car has 199k mls.All the LS goodies.It has had the known Diamante failures taken care of,valve guides replaced,timing belt and pulleys and a new transmission from Mitsubishi.BUT IT HAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.Our service facility has replaced the starter, battery, relays, ignition switch all kinds of stuff.The problem is the car will discharge the battery when parked,driving or whenever it feels like it.Usually when we come out of the store and we want to go home,or if I drive to pick up my girl from work it won't restart after I've parked it.It just screws with you at will. I've been treating it like an electric car hooking it up to the battery charger when we get home.But since last Friday it starts and acts like a normal car and it hasn't been on the charger at all, so who knows.
