If its not leather, pick it off. Depending on if your one of those 'love my vehicle' people, you could try nail polish remover (must have acetone!!) that removes nail glue, close to super glue, which is why girls with fake nails cant use it. The acetone may discolor wood or fabric but I doubt anything will happen with plastic.
