i own a repair shop,and you can use it,,but its going to be a lot of work,i haven't done it before ,but we have done some weird engine swaps in the shop before,anything can be done these days,,since you have both vehicles,,i know it can be done,we have done some here that gm said was impossible,,you have to change the wiring harness and everything on it also,but it can be done,we did a similar thing with a ford using a Lincoln navigator,,so i know it will work,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.happy new years.

Yes...but be sure and use EVERYTHING. Fuel system, wiring harnesses, all sensors, all electronics, transmission, cooling system, etc., etc. Otherwise you are in for a world of hurt trying to sort it all out. If fact, even reto-fitting the entire dash, instrument assy and heat/cooling system into the truck would be WAY cool! May not be as hard as you think...

Yes you can but make sure that you use all of the wiring and fuel lines and you might have to drill new holes for the transmission bracket. good luck.
