Also check the coolant overflow bottle - I have seen those develop pinhole leaks and make it look like the radiator.

Only other place would be the radiator cap as it is supposed to limit pressure. If it is defective, the system could be building up too much pressure. If you are sure the used radiator could hold pressure before you installed it, maybe you want to try a new cap.Possibly a non-functioning radiator cap, did you put the same one on the used one? Used radiators are a risk, since they can easily have leaks in them too...
