I took it to autozone and the code was to replace #3 spark plug. I replace the plug and also disconnected the battery but the light still comes on with the same message to replace #3 spark plug. Now the car vibrates when I step on the gas.

Sounds like you need to take it in and have somebody that knows what they are doing not to autozone. Check with your dealer or call a good shop to have it checked out on a scan tool.What integra motor can fit in 2000 civic ex or any other suggestions?

Have the code read by a Chevrolet Service Department - it's highly likely that you have a failing crankshaft trigger sensor and the vibration you feel is more than one cylinder misfiring. If this is a V-6 engine, then two cylinders missing would give you very rough performance and feel like a vibration... Might also have a loose plug wire too... A manual inspection of the plug wire on both ends should tell the tale...Good luck, and Happy Hunting ...!

The only way you could tell if #3 cylnder is is bad is you have to do a cylnder balance test. I'm not sure if auto zone can do that. A bad spark plug will not cause your engine light to go on.When should I replace my car battery ?
Gererally the light will go on with sensors that control emmissions. Codes will be picked up for many reasons such as how many times the battery has been disconnected, fuel control systems, fuel vaper control control systems . You will need to find out if there is something wrong with #3 cylinder or other cylinders. With the car vibrating when you step on the gas sounds as though you have one bad cylinder. Possible bad wire, vacccum leak, egr stuck open. One bad multible coil
if equipt. But it's hard to diagnose over the internet.
