some injecters have a pop off pressure which means that you fuelpump has to give it a certain amount of pressure before they will spray. on your fuel rail u have a valve that looks like a tire valve for the fuel this is where u need to test your pressure to see if your fuel pump is pumping at all and enough if it is pumping.1980 c-10 2wd pwrbrks left frnt cal keeps locking up, replaced once, still doing it.?
Check the resistance on the injectors. Check the reading with factory spec, replace as needed. Do you get fuel at the rail? Clean the rail for any clogs and junk. Sounds like your injector pulse from the ECM is not coming through.You should you've got spark? If so you need a noid light to check for injection pulse. Check to see if you have fuel pressure.Switch on the ignition with the fuel line cracked open a little and see if anything comes out.If you have fuel your injectors are clogged.If they are clean or replace them.

do you have fuel pressure? you really need to know this before you start throwing more parts at the car. if you do, get yourself a noid light. its a small test light that snaps into the injecter connecter that blinks every time the ecm fires the injecter. need one of those, too, or else you are just guessing and throwing more and more parts at the car. i would imagine that gets pretty costly after a bit. thats why i spend the $ on the right tools for the job. remember, the ecm supplies the ground for the injecters to fire it. it does not supply voltage. common misconception here. the injecter connecters are 'hot' with key on; see if you have 12volts at each injecter connecter, at 1 of the wires at each connecter. if not, then find out why. if you have 12volts, but no noid lite blink, ecm is either not firing the injecters or is not getting an engine rpm input to it to let it know to fire it. quit throwing parts at the car and diagnose it properly.why do my locks in my 95' pathfinder lock me in and out of my car?
Fuel is not your problem. otherwise, your car would run for few seconds after spraying starting fluid.Make sure the CHECK ENGINE light comes on, when ignition turned to on position. if not, double check your fuses, especially the ECM fuse.
if CHECK ENG. light comes on and car wont run. most likely the problem is defective distributor pick-up coil (crank position sensor). which means no fuel injector signal and no spark condition.
