old school. could be done easy with older mechanical odometers, but newer vehicles no such luck. Been a good 20 years since i've heard of anyone doing it. Also most licensing bureaus now mark reading on new registrations so a new owner will catch on easilyCleaning brake fluid from brake drums?
You mean resetting the odometer, on the old cars that use the tape style odometer it is possible. thats all I will say... the internet holds more info than me ;)Is it ok to leave my car out of alignment if I don't care about the tires getting worn out?
It can be done, but it's a BIG no no...hefty fines and possible jail time...Anything can be done. It is not legal. They put markers on it so it can be identified if it has been tampered. But, if you have to replace your speedo because the other was faulty what can you do.
