How Do You Bypass an Alarm without your Keyless entry system?

Question:
I ran out of gas in my Dodge durango, I put 4 gallons in it and it will not start, my battery died and I used another battery I asked yeterday and was told to bleed the engine in which I was able to see fuel in the lines however when I crank the engine it sounds like a steady crank,with no fuel I noticed the security light on my dashboard before I cranked it I tried using the key in the door to backward than forward it still wont start.
The alarm does not sound when I open the door It is a 99 dodge durango 5.2 liter 2 wheel drive please help

Okay well if you want to turn the security feature off on your car you will need to do the following

Pop your bonnett and then grab your car's mechanical manual. In the engine bay there should be a black box, this black box should be the alarms console.to turn the alarm off completly you should have a small key, insert the key into the black box (should be a key hole in the box) and the alarm will then be disabled.
