How do you fix a scratch on a car panel with clearcoat and blend it so that it blends w/the rest of the panel?

NOTE: Fixing scratches that dont go through the paint itself on panels. And NO wet sanding ets.

If its just a surface scrath then u will just need to polish it out

The best way i found is to use 3M medium cut cleaner. Put some on then use a buffer to get it out . If you have never buffed, you dont want to stay in one spot to long, and never stay on a crease or you will burn the paint. Finish with a polish wax.
