Car ignition problem?

Question:
the other day i parked my 03 chevy imapala at the store and when i returned the door lock was popped and in the ignition was a piece of broken screwdriver. i need it fixed but i dont know who to call. i tried calling some places and alot say they cant do it because its in the dash. does anyone know what i can do?
