i own a shop,and even though you might think its getting power it might not be getting enough power to start it with,try checking all the battery connections on it sometimes if one gets loose it will cause them to do like yours is doing,any loose or corroded connections will cause this,and if all else fails have it jumped off,and have the battery and alternator checked in it,just to be safe any one of these things can cause it to do like that,good luck i hope this helps.

Check your battery terminals are free of corrosion and are secure this vehichle should have side post terminals which can give you a hard time if they are not threaded in correctly. I would venture to say your battery is on the way out you have enough current to light the dash and make the buzzers sound but lack enough juice to crank the starter. This may also be an indication that your altenator is failing to charge the battery and needs replacement. most Large chain autoparts stores can test both your battery and altenator for failure.
