As for why your tires are going bald on the outside there are three reasons.
1st: check the chamber. If you stand about 30 ft in front of you car and look at which way the tires are line vertically ( in \-/ or out /-\ ) where the slashes are the tires. The should be slightly out /-\. If they are in \-/ then you need to have that fixed.
2nd: some cars have a double I beam suspension, which cause the tires to ride the outside of the tire heavily when turning. This cannot be fixed.
3rd: just taking turns to fast
