where can I get an HID xenon conversion done in Edinburgh or Scotland.

I have a Kia Sedona and its losing coolant through the header tank due to too much pressure.?

Also would this affect my insurance?

Are you talking about the headlight bulbs? If so you can do it yourself or have a shop do it. It shouldn't affect your insurance but it should make it brighter at night.
