How to get air out of a cooling system of a 95 Eldorado North Star?

Question:
There is no bleeder in this car (95 Eldorado 4.6 North Star), how can I get all the air out of the cooling system? And, what will happen if there is air in it?

there should be a release valve on the highest part of the motor it looks like a bolt with a small screw on top that is brass. it should be on or around the upper hose area most systems nowadays push the air out by them self's let it run for 5 min. shout it down and then let cool recheck the filler tank add more if needed repeat as needed or add while car is running if the air is not out after this the water pump is not moving the water around also turn on heater
