i have a mondeo turbo diesel and the battery went flat on it, now every time i unlock my car the alarm come on, hazards flash and i cant turn them off, any0ne got any answers for me please.

Car is not turning is it the starter?
try manually locking and unlocking from passenger door as well as drivers door, or press alarm bonnet plunger quickly at least 15 times. the horn should beep, walk around car opening and shutting each door in turn including boot, finally switch ignition on that's reset your alarm. good luckSounds like you need the alarm resetting.

Change the battery in the handset. The handset's battery is probably dead. Open the handset, remove the battery, press lock button and hold for a few seconds whilst the condenser drains so the handset memory clears.With new battery in the handset point at the car and press 'lock' several times until the car's alarm syncronises with the handset : the doors lock etc. Now try unlocking with the handset.
