2002 Spec V: Is this my clutch or Transmission?

Question:
My 2002 Spec V seems to be slipping when I put it in gear, the RPMs will go up to like 3.5k meanwhile my speed won't increase with it evenly then I'll feel it slip into gear (or so it feels) and it will be fine (until I shift again). I had the clutch replaced last year.

It's the clutch. I hate to sound harsh but if you've gone through one clutch already might I suggest switching to an automatic? Clearly the clutch thing isn't working all that well for you.
